What is the difference between unlock and download?

For the entire catalog of reports, previews of key data elements are available including OEL/ADE values and basis of classifications. All preview data is included at no additional cost. If a full report is needed, it can be instantly unlocked. Unlock means the ability to view the full contents of a report and the ability to generate and download a PDF version of the report. 


Clients will have a specific number of unlocks per month. Additional unlocks can be purchased, if needed.


After a report is unlocked, it is available to view in the library. If a PDF of the report is needed, simply click on the report, and download a PDF file.
