What if all available unlocks are not used in a specific month?
At the end of each month, all unused unlocks will expire. Unused unlocks cannot be rolled over into future months or rolled forward. There is no refund on unused unlocked reports. We encourage OEL Fastrac+ customers to plan carefully and use all their available unlocks in a given month.
We used the unlock functionality largely as a security feature to prevent companies from unlocking and downloading hundreds of reports to local storage then taking them when they leave their current company.
Even if all unlocks are not used, previews of the entire catalog of OEL/ADE values and basis of classifications are still available throughout the agreement period.
