What is the role of the client Admin?

Clients will have the opportunity to assign one Admin user per agreement. This user serves as the single point of contact for the agreement, and has the authority to make decisions regarding unlocks, authorized users, toxicology support, and more. The client Admin will be the authorized decision maker.
