Are updates to reports included?

At the Starter level, no reports updates are provided. If a client wants to receive updates, they will need to upgrade to the Professional level. If an updated report is needed for a single report, an available unlock can be used or an additional unlock can be purchased.

For Professional and Enterprise levels, updates to reports are included during the duration of the agreement.  After the agreement period, no updates will be provided.
